Special Conditions: 26.1.1 Bidders must submit proof of physical address or provide the address of the proposed disaster recovery site as the physical location of the proposed disaster recovery site which must be 30 to 50 kilometres from the FSCA office. The FSCA reserves the right to verify the location beforehand, and failure to confirm the provided address will result in elimination from further evaluation. 26.1.2 No FSCA data will reside outside the borders of Gauteng province, South Africa. 26.1.3 Bidders who do not meet the bid conditions stipulated in paragraphs 26.1.1 and 26.1.2 of the bid document will be eliminated from further evaluation.
