Special Conditions: Note Best: Suppliers to advise by Tuesday 27th August 2024 COB the intention to attend the site clarification meeting, as stakeholders needs to arrange flights in advance. Correct costing is heavily reliant on the contractor being aware of challenges site has. This Meeting is Compulsory for those that did not attend the clarification site clarification meeting with the first Issue on 20th of July 2023 at 10:00 at Vanderkloof Power Station. The Supplier who did attend the meeting will be required to join the meeting via Microsoft Teams to identify shortcoming on previous submitted Tenders. Please send an email to the Buyer for a link to the Virtual Meeting if the previous Site Clarification meeting was attended on Site.
