Special Conditions: The Pricing Schedule and the Site Operation Instructions will only be provided to bidders as a separate document once the Non-Disclosure Agreement (under Form 5.5) has been signed and returned to ACSA by the 11th of December 2023. This will allow ACSA to discuss these documents at the Compulsory Tender Briefing to be held on the 12th of December 2023.
