Special Conditions: A compulsory site and information meeting will take place at 11h00 on Monday 11 December 2023 at the Infrastructure - Electrical Department’s Boardroom at George Road, Mossel Bay. The compulsory site meeting will take place on the Corner of Bayview and Hill Street, Mossel Bay (34° 11'5.34"S 22°8'39.84"E). ALL BIDDERS, including ATLEAST ONE OF THE PARTNERS OF A JOINT VENTURE MUST BE CIDB REGISTERED AND ATTEND THIS COMPULSORY MEETING. BIDDERS (Joint Ventures to be represented by at least one of the members) WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE COMPULSORY SITE AND INFORMATION MEETING AND SUBMIT A BID, WILL BE SEEN AS SUBMITTING A NON-RESPONSIVE BID.Please note: The Municipality prefer that Senior Company Staff members or Contract Managers attend.
