Special Conditions: The contract period shall remain in force for a period of 3 years from date of contracts, the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Treasury reserves the right to extend the contract for a period not exceeding two (2) years The recommended service provider will be required to establish the operational office in KZN within 6 months after the award of the bid.
