Special Conditions: A Non-Compulsory briefing session will be conducted on Microsoft Teams on the 20 November 2023 at 11H00 for a period of ±2 (two) hours. The Non-Compulsory briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. • Site Viewing A Non Compulsory Site viewing/walk will take place on the same day i.e. 20 November 2023 at 14H00 at the ORIBI Plaza premises, 24 Aiken Street, Port Shepstone, KWA-ZULU NATAL. PLEASE NOTE: o Tenderers are required to wear safety shoes and high visibility vest. o Tenderers without the recommended PPE will not be allowed on the site walk. o All forms of firearms are prohibited on the Transnet / ORIBI Plaza properties and premises.
