Special Conditions: A compulsory RFP briefing will be conducted at Transnet National Ports Authority, Building and Marine Depot, 223 Maydon Road, Maydon Wharf (223 Maydon boardroom) on Thursday 02 November 2023 at 10:00am [10 O’clock] for a period of ± 2 (two) hours. [Tenderers to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. - A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in Section 10 of the RFP must be completed and submitted with your Proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory RFP briefing. - Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFP briefing will be disqualified.
