Special Conditions: Attend Compulsory Briefing Session For Grade 8GB: Tenderer must have successfully completed in the last 5 years, a minimum of two building project and of the value greater than R30 million: All Drawings are available for downloading on the DBSA website The tenderer must submit the following documents for each completed project:  Letter of Appointment on the client’s letterhead, showing appointment value and  Completion Certificate or Completion letter of the same project
