Special Conditions: NB: Failure to attend the site inspection will invalidate your offer/bid. PLEASE KEEP STRICTLY TO TIME OF SITE MEETING AS LATE BIDDERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE SITE MEETING AND VISIT. Bidders must ensure that they are at the meeting venue at least fifteen (15) minutes before the starting time of the meeting. Doors will be locked at the starting time of the site meeting. THE COMPLETION OF THE ATTENDANCE REGISTER WILL CONSTITUTE PROOF OF ATTENDANCE.
