Special Conditions: The permission for the extension of the closing date of the PORTABLE EMERGENCY HANDHELD RADIOS tender from 03rd of November 2023 at 12h00 CAT to the 10th of November 2023 at 12h00 CAT has been granted. The extension of the closing date of the question-and-answer session to be on the 06th of November 2023 at 12h00 CAT close of business. The specification will remain the same as advertised on the 13th of October 2022; the extension is to give bidders enough time to prepare their proposals to provide a comprehensive bid and feasible solution to the technical requirements.
