Special Conditions: • Contractor grading designation equal to or higher than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered, or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25 (1B) or 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, for a 5 EP class or higher rating for electrical construction work, are eligible to have their tenders evaluated. Tender documents will only be available on the 3rd of August 2023 at the compulsory site clarification meeting. The tender document is issued at a non-refundable fee of R300.00 cash only. Prospective tenderers who arrive later than 11h15 will not be allowed into the Clarification meeting.
