Description: An enquiry process in order to establish an Enabling Agreement with a pre-qualified panel of six (6) contractors for the construction of HV Lines, within the Sub Transmission Portfolio in the KwaZulu Natal and the Free State Operating Units (CentralEast Cluster), on an “as and when” required basis, for a period of forty-eight (48) months for construction and twelve (12) months for project completion.
