Description: An enquiry process in order to establish an Enabling Agreement with a pre-qualified panel of ten (10) contractors for Civil Works performed within the Sub Transmission portfolio in the KwaZulu Natal (KZN), and Free State (FS) Operating Units (CentralEast Cluster), on an “as and when” required basis, for a period of thirty-six (36) months for construction and one (1) year for project completion.
