Special Conditions: Failure to attend the compulsory site meeting will lead to the disqualification of your offer/bid. Bidders will be allowed a grace period of 10 minutes after the scheduled starting time of the meeting. Any bidder / person arriving after the grace period will not be permitted access to the venue. Bidders who attended the previous compulsory site meeting on 9 June 2023 in respect of this bid are not obliged to attend the upcoming site meeting of the 06 July 2023 and will not be disqualified.
