Special Conditions: -Contractors must have a CIDB grading of 3ME or higher. -Attend the compulsory tender briefing . -Contractors shall be registered with professional body/bodies of the South African Institute of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (SAIRAC) or the South African Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Contractors’ Association (SARACCA) and provide certification. -The aircon technician must have a Gas Certificate Category B and a Trade Test in electrical or mechanical engineering. -The technician assistant must have a Gas Certificate Category A.
