Special Conditions: A Site Visit will be held as follows: Venue: The Johannesburg Observatory, 18A Gill Street, Johannesburg Date: Friday, 20 January 2023 Time: 10.00 AM Persons attending the clarification meeting and site visit must be duly authorised to represent the bidder. Any bid submitted by a bidder not represented at the clarification meeting and site visit will be rejected, however bidders who attended the briefing sessions and site visits held during previous advertisements of this tender, in June 2021 and January 2022, need not attend either session for the re-advertised bid. SARAO will confirm bidders’ attendance of the previous sessions with attendance registers recorded and kept.
