Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PROCUREMENT AGENCY SERVICES FOR THE PROCUREMENT, WAREHOUSING, DISTRIBUTION AND UPKEEP OF LEARNING AND TEACHING SUPPORT MATERIAL (LTSM) FOR INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING IN THE KWAZULU-NATAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR A FURTHER TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS

Special Conditions: Prequalifying Criteria: • Entities who are Level 1 contributors to B-BBEE and • Sub-Contracting a minimum of 30% of the contract to:- i. an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people; or v. an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people living in rural or underdeveloped areas or townships; or vi. a cooperative which is at least 51% owned by black people; or vii. an EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are military veterans; as per the provisions of section 4(1) (a) and (c) of the PPPFA Regulations, 2017. Any tenderer that fails to meet the Prequalifying Criteria will not be considered.
