Description: FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE) LEGAL REGISTER FOR TRANSNET NATIONAL PORTS AUTHORITY (“TNPA”), WHICH INCLUDES ITS EIGHT PORTS AND TWO BUSINESS UNITS (SALDANHA, CAPE TOWN, MOSSEL BAY, EAST LONDON, PORT ELIZABETH, NGQURA, DURBAN, RICHARDS BAY, DREDGING SERVICES AND LIGHTHOUSES & NAVIGATIONAL SERVICES) FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS.
