Special Conditions: PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT In terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017, par. 4(1) (a) the Gauteng Department of Health has decided to apply pre-qualification criteria to advance bidders that have a level 1 to 6 B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor. Therefore, only bidders that have a level 1 to 6 B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor in terms of the code of good practice on black economic empowerment issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act. No. 53 of 2003) may respond to this tender.
