Special Conditions: Mintek herewith requests all potential bidders to take note of the following changes: On the mandatory pre-qualification criteria (phase 2) of the tender evaluations, the requirement for bidders to submit a valid certificate of compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) has been removed, due to the interim suspension (Circular No. 2B/2002) issued by Employment & Labour. The closing date for the tender has been extended. The new closing date for the tender is 09 September 2022 at 12:00pm. Another compulsory site briefing will be held on 01 September 2022 at 14:00 at the Mintek Auditorium (200 Malibongwe Drive). Please note that only the bidders that did not attend the first compulsory briefing session are required to attend.
