Description: Request to Appoint a Service Provider (SP) to supply one (1) person that will render specialized permitting services for aquaculture authorization at Foretrust Building, Cape Town for a period of 24 months for the Directorate Sustainable Aquaculture Management.

Special Conditions: On appointment, the performance measures for the delivery of the agreed services will be closely monitored by MRLF. The MRLF will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the SP's in the preparation, presentation and submission of the proposal. All the conditions specified in the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) will apply and where the conditions in the special conditions of contract contradicts the conditions in the general conditions of contract, the special conditions of contract will prevail.
